摘  要:以北京为例研究了93版居住区规划规范指标与交通拥堵的关系,主要结论是:(1)人均用地面积太小、集中建设使住区人口密度远远高于国外,1980年代建设的许多住区人均道路面积仅供停放自行车都不够;(2)大型居住区人口数量相当于中等城市,产生了住区与中心城区之间庞大的潮汐交通流;(3)极端地节约用地原则、权力集中的统一规划建设是大型高密度居住区形成的原因;(4)城市是不断变化的经济社会,而不仅是建筑的集聚。治理交通拥堵不仅要降低人口密度,更要全面反思城市规划的思想。Taking Beijing as an example to study the relationship between the normative indicators of the93rd edition of residential areas and traffic congestion,the main conclusions are:1The per capita land area is too small,and the concentrated construction makes the population density of the settlements far higher than that of foreign countries.The per capita road area is not enough for parking bicycles in many settlements built in the1980s;2The large-scale residential area has the same population as the medium-sized city,resulting in a huge tidal traffic flow between the residential area and the central city;3Extremely land-saving principle and unified planning of power concentration are the reasons for the formation of large-scale highdensity residential areas.4The city is an ever-changing economic society,not just a gathering of buildings.Governing traffic congestion not only reduces population density,but also comprehensively reflects on the idea of urban planning.
