摘　　要：我国现阶段保障性住房的供给模式存在许多弊端,研究表明:保障性住房货币化供给模式能提高住房建设的质量、提升住房分配的公平性、优化存量住房的利用率,是今后的发展方向。利用不断完善的大数据技术,设计了一套保障房货币化供给的改革措施和方案,能最大程度消除目前我国保障性住房供给模式的缺点。There are many drawbacks in the supply mode of indemnificatory housing in China at present.The research shows that the monetization supply mode of indemnificatory housing can improve the quality of housing construction,enhance the fairness of housing distribution and optimize the utilization rate of stock housing,which is the future development direction.With the continuous improvement of big data technology,this paper designs a set of reform measures and programs for the monetization supply of indemnificatory housing,which can eliminate the shortcomings of the current supply model of indemnificatory housing in China.
