改革开放四十年我国体育人才研究的知识图谱分析

摘　　要：文章采用Cite SpaceⅤ软件,从高产机构、高产作者和研究热点对我国改革开放40年体育人才研究进行了可视化分析。结果显示:我国体育人才研究的发文量呈波浪式增长。高产机构主要有北京体育大学、上海体育学院、成都体育学院、武汉体育学院、福建师范大学、湖南师范大学;高产作者以杨桦、刘青、俞继英、戴健、张林、王健等为代表。我国体育人才研究热点主要体现在竞技体育人才、体育产业人才和体育教育人才三个领域,竞技体育人才研究呈现由体育运动员选材向后备人才培养转移;体育产业人才研究重点则由普通高校体育产业人才培养转移到复合型高端人才的培养;体育教育人才研究的重心在全面的创新型人才研究。三个研究热点突出了我国现有的体育人才与社会发展和市场需求之间存在的矛盾。对三个领域人才培养模式、培养机制的研究将是未来的趋势。The CiteSpace V software was adopted to analyze high yield institutions,authors and research focuses on sports talent research in the last40years from reform and opening up in China.The number of papers onsports talent research shows a wave growth.There are six high yield institutions:Beijing Sport University,Shanghai University of Sport,Chengdu Sport Institute,Wuhan Institute of Physical Education,Fujian Normal University and Hunan Normal University.There are six high-yield authors:YANG Ye,IU Qing,YU Ji-ying,DAI Jian,ZHANG Lin and WANG Jian.There are three focuses:competitive sports talents,sports industry talents and sports talents education.The research of competitive sports talents is shifted from the selection of athletes to the training.The research of sports industry talents is transferred from the cultivation of universities'sports industry talents to complex talents.The research of physical education talents mainly studies the cultivation of comprehensive innovative talents.At the same time,the study of the three focuses highlights the contradiction between the existing sports talents and the demand of social and market development.The study of the talent training mode and training mechanism in three fields will be the future trend.
