经济发达地区农村社区体育志愿组织的运行机制研究——以江阴市为例

摘　　要：构建较完善的农村社区体育志愿服务体系是实施乡村振兴战略和健康中国战略的重要手段。为拓宽新农村建设中农村社区体育志愿服务体系的研究视野,研究选取了江阴市7个有代表性的农村社区体育志愿组织,采用文献资料、访谈、实地调查和逻辑分析等研究方法,对农村社区体育志愿组织进行研究。结果显示,通过制定清晰的组织愿景、完善的组织架构、科学合理的系统管理、有效的资源保障、规范的激励措施等路径,在农村社区搭建一个可持续性发展的体育志愿组织网络,可推进农村社区全民健身工程和倡导健康文明生活方式。Building a relatively perfect rural community sports volunteer service system is an important means to implement the Rural Revitalization Strategy and Healthy China Strategy.In order to broaden the research fieldof the rural community sports volunteer service system in the new rural construction,this paper selects7representative rural community sports volunteer organizations in Jiangyin,using the methods of literature,interview,field investigation,logical analysis and so on,and conducts research on the rural community sports volunteer organization.By making a clear organization vision,perfect organizational structure,scientific and rational system management,effective resource guarantee and standardized incentive measures,we build an organic and sustainable sports volunteer organization network in rural communities,which can promote the national fitness project and advocate a healthy and civilized way of life for the rural community.
