摘  要:体育中介市场在我国社会主义市场经济建设中占据着越来越重要的地位。目前我国体育中介市场管理缺乏规范有效的管理机制,制约了我国体育中介市场的健康有序发展。如何建构适合中国国情的体育中介管理控制体系,规范市场秩序,为体育中介市场的发展创造良好的环境,是当下亟待解决的问题。With the acceleration of sports professionalization and the approaching of the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing,sports intermediary market,as a part of market economy,plays an increasingly important role in the construction of socialist society in China.However,at present,the management laws and regulations of the sports intermediary market in China are not perfect enough,and there is a lack of standardized and effective management mechanism.It restricts the healthy and orderly development of sports intermediary market in China.Therefore,we should clarify the principles that should be followed in the management of sports intermediary management.Starting form administration,law,economy,publicity and education,we should construct a sports intermediary management and control system suitable for national conditions.In order to effectively standardize the market order,we should create a good environment for the development of sports intermediary market.
