摘　　要：在增强工会的政治性、群众性和先进性的工作中,政治性最为重要。工会组织的政治性,主要靠一支政治思想过硬的干部队伍来加以保障,因此,加强工会干部政治思想教育就显得尤为重要。工会干部的思想政治教育有其特定的原则、方法和内容,在新的历史条件下,结合实际遵循工会干部思想政治教育的原则,完善丰富工会干部政治思想教育的内容,改革工会干部政治思想教育的方法,推动工会干部政治思想教育取得显著成效。Among promoting trade union’s political nature,mass nature and advance nature,political nature is the core.It is mainly guaranteed by an overqualifi ed cadre team.Thus,political and ideology training for cadres becomes increasingly important.Political and ideology training for cadres has its specifi c principle,method and content.If we want to achieve great triumphs in this area under new historic circumstance,we must link practice with principle,enrich the content and reform the method.
