探析工会如何创新思路精准帮扶困难职工解困脱困

摘　　要：当前天津纺织系统的困难职工致困的主要原因是疾病和家庭收入不能满足最低生活保障,针对困难职工各级工会必须从讲政治的高度把精准帮扶工作当作重要任务,不断健全完善困难职工管理体系,合理确定困难职工帮扶标准,坚持为党政分忧,为职工解难,创新思路,整合资源,争取政策,发挥优势,多渠道做好帮扶解困工作,有效实现困难职工早日解困脱困。The main reasons for staff poverty are illness and income below minimum living standard.Trade union in all levels should take precise poverty alleviation as an important mission from political aspect,complete staff-in-need management system,set a reasonable alleviation standard,keep up serving as a bridge between the party and the people,create new methods,integrate resources,strive for better policy and use it’s superiority to effectively promote precise poverty alleviation in various ways.
