摘 要:空间站睡眠区的气流分布对航天员睡眠舒适性和安全性有重要影响。为保证睡眠区内空气对流充分,以及航天员的人身安全和舒适性,参照试验样机建立了空间站睡眠区三维模型,选择顶部、侧部、底部三种不同进风口位置,利用Fluent对睡眠区内部空气流场、温度场以及浓度场进行数值仿真分析,并选取舒适速度比例、换气效率、以及吹风感作为睡眠舒适性和安全性评价指标。结果显示,底部进风时睡眠区流场均匀性以及舒适速度比例最高,综合效果最佳,可达到优化睡眠区流场的目的,为我国空间站睡眠区的设计提供参考。The distribution of air flow in the crew quarter of space station has an important impact on the astronauts’sleeping comfortableness and safety.In order to ensure sufficient air convection in the crew quarter and the safety and comfort of astronauts,a 3D model of the crew quarter of space station was established with reference to the test prototype in this paper.Three kinds of inlet positions including the top position,the side position and the bottom position were chosen.The computational fluid dynamics simulation software Fluent was used to analyze the air flow field,the temperature field and the concentration field in the crew quarter.The comfortable speed ratio,the air exchange efficiency and the draft sensation were chosen to evaluate the flow field of the crew quarter.The results showed that the bottom inlet position was the best solution which was safe and comfortable for the crews.The study may provide an effective reference for the follow-up design.
