摘　　要：心电图导联的规范连接是准确判图的基础。本文利用Einthoven三角定律,通过实例分析探究各类肢体导联错接的心电图演变规律,通过简便步骤快速并大致判断出心电图肢体导联错接类型,尝试还原成正常连接的心电图,对心电图医生有一定的借鉴意义。The standard connection of ECG leads lays the foundation for accurate interpretation.By case analysis using the Einthoven triangle principle,this paper explores the evolution rule of ECGs with various types of limb leads misconnection,and introduces the ways to make simple,quick and general judgement of the type of limb lead misconnection.It also explains how to correct the limb lead misconnected ECGs,which has some referential significance for ECG clinicians.
