摘  要:为解决制备牡蛎采苗串人工强度大、劳动力成本高、工作效率低等问题,研制了一种结绳式牡蛎采苗串自动化生产装置。该装置以尼龙绳、聚氯乙烯带、防锈镁铝合金丝为加工原料,以PLC为控制核心,控制步进电机以及气缸的工作,将冲孔、顶绳穿孔、送丝、裁丝、打结、裁片、收串等一系列工序融合在一个工作过程中。通过人机交互界面,实现实时监控设备工作状态,实时修改工艺参数,实时数据库报警等功能。样机试验发现,采苗串自动化生产的平均成功率达96. 55%以上,装置运行稳定可靠、实用性强,降低了劳动强度和人工成本,提高了生产效率。该设计可为固着型贝类采苗器自动化生产装置的开发和应用提供参考。In response to the problems that oyster seedling string is produced with high labor intensity,high labor cost and low work efficiency,a kind of automatic production device for knot rope oyster seedling string is developed.The device takes the nylon rope,PVC belt and rust-proof magnesium alloy wire as processing raw materials and PLC as the core to control stepping motors and cylinders,so as to combine the processes including punching,wearing rope,wire delivery,wire cutting,knotting,cutting and folding together in one working process.Through the man-machine interface,it can realize real-time working status monitoring,real-time modification of process parameters,real-time data base and alarm,etc.The prototype test finds that the average success rate of automatic production of seedling string is over 96.55%,and the device runs stably and reliably and has strong practicability,which reduces labor intensity and labor cost and improves production efficiency.The design may provide reference for the development and application of the automatic production device of the fixed shellfish sampler.
