摘 要:传统的环形锻件超声检测采用手工操作、记录、标示,该方法的缺点是存在检测盲区、局部因检测不能显示底波,易造成缺陷漏检、不能实现锻件超声波全面检测,同时检测工作量大、检测结果不直观、存在人为因素干扰、误差较大等.为了克服这些缺点,本文设计基于MX组件的三菱PLC的环形锻件超声波自动化探伤系统.通过工业以太网将工业控制计算机和各个PLC连接起来,用户不需了解复杂通信协议,只需调用控件中提供的函数就可以实现互相通信.系统工作时,用户通过上位机应用程序控制PLC动作,PLC根据上位机指令控制超声探头扫查装置从而带动超声探头来扫描检测面,超声波采集模块将获得的与声束传播方向垂直的断面回波信息调制后发送给上位机实现超声成像,使缺陷的位置和尺寸能够直观地显示出来,从而对缺陷进行定性和定量分析.该系统探伤灵敏度高、操作简单、性能稳定可靠.The traditional ring forging ultrasonic testing adopts manual operation,recording and labeling.The shortcomings of this method are that there is a blind zone for detection,the bottom wave cannot be displayed due to local detection,and it is easy to cause flaw detection,and it is impossible to realize comprehensive ultrasonic testing of forgings.The test results are not intuitive,there are human factors interference,and the error is large.In order to overcome these shortcomings,this paper designs an automatic ultrasonic flaw detection system for ring forgings based on Mitsubishi PLC of MX components.The industrial control computer is connected with each PLC through industrial Ethernet,users do not need to understand complex communication protocols,and only need to call the functions provided in the control to communicate with each other.When the system works,the user controls the PLC action through the upper computer application program.The PLC controls the ultrasonic probe scanning device according to the upper computer command to drive the ultrasonic probe to scan the detection surface,and the ultrasonic acquisition module will obtain the cross-section echo perpendicular to the direction of the sound beam propagation.After the information is modulated,it is sent to the upper computer to realize ultrasonic imaging,so that the position and size of the defect can be visually displayed,thereby qualitatively and quantitatively analyzing the defect.The system has high detection sensitivity,simple operation and stable and reliable performance.
