摘　　要：冷链物流是以保持低温环境为核心要求的供应链系统,对于保证食品安全及扩大农产品销售半径大有裨益。文中从冷链物流的界定、管理及运作模式、技术环境及其标准体系的构建及"互联网+"背景下电子商务和冷链物流的融合发展等方面对国内外冷链物流研究现状与最新进展进行梳理和描述。最后,在整理现有文献研究的基础上,就冷链物流的最新动态及今后的发展趋势进行了分析。Cold chain logistics is a supply chain system with the core requirement of maintaining a low temperature environment,which benefits to ensure food safety and expand the sales radius of agricultural products. The article reviewed the research status of cold chain logistics at home and abroad from the following four aspects: the definition,management and operation mode,technical environment and standard system,and the combination of e-commerce and cold chain logistics under the background of"Internet + ". Finally,based on the research achievements,the article analyzed the future development trend of the cold chain logistics.
