摘　　要：针对近几年日益严重的交通拥堵、环境污染等问题,北京等城市都进行车辆限行,但没有从实质上解决问题,并且提高了物流成本。基于以上原因,文中主要通过VRPTW的建模方法优化物流配送路径,并且进行油耗管理,从而使城市物流配送成本达到最低。In view of the increasingly serious traffic congestion and environmental pollution problems in recent years,Beijing and other cities have carried out vehicle restrictions,but it is not essential to solve the problemand has raised logistics costs.Based on the above reasons,this paper mainly optimize the logistics distribution route by VRPTW model and carry out fuel consumption management,so as to make the city logistics distribution cost to the lowest.
