摘 要:作为一个自然灾害频发的国家,我国近年来重特大自然灾害频发,造成了重大的人员伤亡和财产损失,这也使得应急救援活动开展越来越重要。在应急救援中,应急物流是其开展的基础,必须要加快应急物流信息系统的构建,尽量减少灾害影响范围的继续扩大,降低经济损失和人员伤亡。因此,要结合目前应急物流中的问题,探索应急物流信息系统构建和运作的有效措施,为灾害救援提供有效的物流保障。As a country with frequent natural disasters,China has experienced frequent occurrence of severe natural disasters in recent years,resulting in heavy casualties and property losses,which makes emergency rescue activities more and more important.Emergency logistics is the basis of emergency rescue.It is necessary to speed up the construction of emergency logistics information system,minimize the impact of disasters to continue to expand,reduce economic losses and casualties.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the effective measures for the construction and operation of emergency logistics information system in order to provide effective logistics support for disasters.
