连锁经营零售企业中的缺货问题原因与对策分析

摘　　要：当前随着全球经济的迅速发展和贸易全球化趋势不断深入,我国零售行业面临的挑战越来越大。为能在竞争中取得优势,零售企业通过连锁经营模式来实现规模经济,得到了快速发展。但是,缺货问题正在影响和制约我国连锁零售企业进一步发展。文中基于供应链管理对我国连锁零售企业缺货问题产生的原因进行分析,并有针对性地提出降低缺货率措施,为改善缺货问题提供有益参考。Currently,with the rapid development of global economy and the deepening of trade globalization trend,the challenges of China's retail industry is getting bigger and bigger.In order to gain competition advantage,the retail enterprises in China have achieved economies of scale and developed rapidly through the chain business model.However,the shortage of goods affects and restricts the further development of China’s chain retail enterprises.Based on supply chain management,this paper analyzes the causes of the shortage problem of chain retail enterprises in our country,and puts forward the measures to reduce shortage rate,providing useful references for improving the shortage problem.
