京杭运河江苏段绿色开发保障机制研究

摘　　要：京杭运河的绿色开发除了需要统筹兼顾、可持续的开发对策,还需要强有力的保障机制。文中在实地调研和网络调查的基础上,借鉴密西西比河、巴拿马运河、里多运河等国外运河管理经验和国内北京、杭州等先进城市的管理经验,提出了京杭运河江苏段在宣传、组织、制度、技术、资金等方面的保障措施。The development of The Beijing-hangzhou Grand Canal needs an overall sustainable planning.On the basis of field research and internet survey,and refered the experience from the management of the Mississippi river,the panama canal and the Rideau canal,the article proposed a serious of supporting measures for the jiangsu portion of the Grand Canal,including propaganda,organizing,institutionalization,technical support and funding.
