摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预对青光眼患者遵医行为、自我管理行为的影响效果。方法选取2016年6月至2017年6月我院收治的70例青光眼患者为研究对象,将其随机等分为研究组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理干预,研究组给予综合护理干预,比较两组患者护理干预前后抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分以及治疗效果情况。结果研究组护理干预后SDS评分以及SAS评分显著低于对照组(P <0.05);研究组护理干预后患者的治疗效果显著高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论对青光眼患者实行综合护理干预有利于患者健康的恢复,值得进一步应用和推广。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on compliance behavior and self-management behavior of patients with glaucoma.Methods To select70cases of patients with glaucoma who were admitted to our hospital from June2016to June2017as the study subjects,and they were divided into study group and control group with the same number of patients randomly.Patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention,while patients in the study group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores before and after the nursing intervention as well as treatment effects of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results After nursing intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the efficacy in the study group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with glaucoma is conducive to the recovery of their health,which was worth popularizing and applying.
