摘　　要：目的探讨无缝隙护理干预对新生儿神经行为的影响。方法选取2016年9月至2017年9月我院产妇分娩的足月新生儿300例为研究对象,按随机数表法将其等分为干预组和对照组。对照组给予常规护理干预,干预组在常规护理基础上给予无缝隙护理干预,采用20项行为神经评分法(NBNA)评估新生儿神经行为。结果干预组新生儿28 d NBNA评分高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论无缝隙护理干预的实施有助于新生儿神经行为的发育。Objective To explore the effect of seamless nursing intervention on neonatal neurobehavioral.Methods To select300cases of full-term neonates born in our hospital from September2016to September2017as study subjects,and they were equally divided into intervention group and control group according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the intervention group was given seamless nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The neonatal behavioral neurological assessment(NBNA)was used to evaluate neonatal neurobehavior.Results The NBNA score of the newborns at28days after birth in the intervention group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of seamless nursing interventions contributes to the development of neonatal neurobehavior.
