摘　　要：目的探究DEX联合NTG用于腰椎手术控制性降压的效果。方法回顾分析东莞市中医院2017年1月—2018年1月间收治的腰椎手术患者41例,依照随机数字表法分为两组,观察组21例,对照组20例。对照组采用NTG治疗,观察组采用DEX+NTG治疗,观察对比两组不同时间段MAP、HR水平及治疗效果。结果观察组于控制性降压10 min、30min、60 min MAP水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义;观察组在治疗期间及拔管后HR数值较低,差异有统计学意义;观察组治疗效果好于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论 DEX联合NTG用于腰椎手术控制性降压,具有良好的降压效果,可稳定患者心率。Objective To investigate the effect of DEX combined with NTG on controlled hypotension in lumbar spine surgery.Methods a retrospective analysis was made on41cases of lumbar surgery admitted in our hospital from July to August2011.According to the method of random digital table,the patients were divided into two groups:the observation group(n=21)and the control group(n=20).The control group was treated with NTG and the observation group with DEX NTG.Results:map level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at10min,30min and60min,and there was statistical difference(P<0.05).The HR value of the observation group was lower during treatment and after extubation(P<0.05),and the therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion the controlled hypotension in lumbar vertebrae surgery with the combination of%DEX and NTG has good hypotensive effect and can stabilize the heart rate of the patients.
