摘　　要：REDCap系统应用过程中,调用API(application programming interface,应用程序编程接口)能够快速与R语言程序构建临床研究项目,节省大量科研时间。本文通过大量建立在REDCap系统基础上的多中心临床研究实例,阐述其API接口模块与R语言程序的交互过程,目的使临床研究人员灵活掌握该方法,繁杂的研究过程将变的简单易行、数据迁移和科研统计也将更加安全方便。During the REDCap system application process,the API(application programming interface)can quickly establish a clinical research project with the R language program,saving a lot of research time.This paper illustrates the interaction process between the API interface module and the R language program through a large number of multi-center clinical research examples based on the REDCap system.The purpose is to enable the clinical researchers to master the method flexibly.The complicated research process will become simple and easy.Data migration and research statistics will also be more secure and convenient.
