摘  要:本文对地铁整体道床机铺法施工技术进行了分析,并在石家庄地铁和合肥地铁整体道床施工中进行了优化,主要在车站机械化基底凿毛技术、铺轨门吊走行轨支墩快速定位技术、整体道床一体化浇筑施工技术、轨道精调技术、困难条件下机铺施工技术等方面进行了优化和改进,并对整体道床常见质量缺陷提出了切实可行的质量控制措施,对地铁整体道床施工及质量控制具有较强的参考价值。This paper analyzes the construction technology of metro monolithic track bed construction method,and optimizes it in the construction of Shijiazhuang Metro and Hefei Metro monolithic bed.It is mainly optimized and improved in the mechanized base chiseling technology of the station,the rapid positioning technology of track rail hanging track and buttress,the integrated construction technology of the monolithic track bed,the precise adjustment of track technology,and the construction technology of the machine under difficult conditions.It puts forward feasible quality control measures for the common quality defects of the monolithic track bed,and has a strong reference value for the construction and quality control of the overall track bed of the subway.
