集成电路产业主导权掌控的实现路径研究

摘　　要：近年来,在国家集成电路产业发展基金及相关政策带动下,我国集成电路产业快速发展,并取得了长足进步,但核心技术受制于人的局面仍然没有改变,产业发展主导权基本被国外所把控。有必要深入分析我国集成电路产业安全发展面临形势和问题,提出针对性的措施建议,为集成电路产业安全发展提供决策支撑。Information security vulnerabilities are one of the important causes of network information security problems,and the relevant information systems of power enterprises are also facing the threat of information security vulnerabilities.This paper discusses the causes of network information system vulnerabilities analysis,security vulnerabilities mining process and basic preventive measures were discussed,and finally formed a set of security vulnerabilities repair strategy and patch library,greatly improving the efficiency of information operations and maintenance personnel dealing with security vulnerabilities,effective protection of network security.
