摘 要:全自动电气设备控制系统的控制方式一直沿用传统的继电器控制方式,体积较大、连线较多且复杂、功耗也较高,使其在可扩展性与灵活性上受到很大影响。PLC技术体积小、编程简单、可靠性强、功耗低。在全自动电气设备控制系统中加强在顺序控制、开关量控制、闭环控制各方面的应用,实现全自动电气控制的发展。The control method of the full-automatic electrical equipment control system has been always using the traditional relay control method,which greatly affects the scalability and flexibility due to the large size,more and complicated wiring,and high power consumption,etc.PLC technology has features of small size,simple programming,high reliability,and low power consumption.The development of full-automatic electric control can be realized by strengthening the application of the full-automatic electric equipment control system in sequential control,switch quantity control and closed-loop control.
