摘　　要：目的评估人工真皮修复甲瓣供区创面的临床效果。方法 22例患者术中切取甲瓣后用人工真皮覆盖创面,术后2～10个月随访趾供区创面愈合情况。结果供区创面愈合良好,形态饱满,部分甲板生长,无嵌甲。患者步态正常,创面无不适感,两点辨别觉5～7 mm。结论人工真皮修复甲瓣供区创面有良好的临床效果,同时创伤小,操作简单。Objective To observe the clinical effect of artificial dermis for repairing donor area wound of big toe nail flap.Methods A total of22patients were treated with big toe nail flap,then covered the donor area wound with artificial dermis.Healing condition of donor site of the thumb was followed up2to10months after operation.Results After treatment,donor site healed well,full of shape,part of deck growth,without ingrown nail.The patient had normal gait and no discomfort on the wound.The two-point discrimination was5to7mm.Conclusion It is effective to repair big toe nail flap donor area wound by using artificial dermis,with less trauma and little operation time.
