康惠尔透明贴治疗新生儿尿布皮炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨康惠尔透明贴治疗尿布皮炎的效果。方法将59例尿布皮炎的患儿随机分为两组,观察组30例,对照组29例,分别采用康惠尔透明贴和氧化锌软膏治疗新生儿尿布皮炎。观察两组皮损转归变化情况及治愈时间。结果两组患儿尿布皮炎治疗效果及愈合时间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康惠尔透明贴治疗新生儿尿布皮炎疗效好,经济方便,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of Comfeel transparent dressing on the treatment of diaper dermatitis.Methods Thirty-nine patients with diaper dermatitis were divided into two groups:29cases of control group and30cases of experiment group.Comfeel transparent dressing and Zinc Oxide Ointment were used respectively for two groups.The outcome of lesions and time to disease resolution were analyzed for two groups.Results There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in the effect of or diaper dermatitis and time to disease resolution(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfeel transparent dressing is effective,affordable and convinient to use for the treatment of diaper dermatitis,which is worth further clinical use.
