摘  要:劳动争议调解制度能够维护稳定的劳动关系,并且能够较为迅速且高效的解决劳动争议,是调解劳动争议的重要方式。但是我国的劳动争议调解制度在制度构建方面存在一些弊端,导致调解制度的功能无法充分发挥,应当对现行的劳动争议调解制度加以完善,重点关注制度设计和运行程序,以期取得更好的调解效果。As an important way to mediate labor disputes,labor dispute mediation system can maintain stable labor relations and resolve labor disputes quickly and efficiently.However,China's labor dispute mediation system still has some drawbacks in the system construction,which leads to the failure of the function of the mediation system.Therefore,the current labor dispute mediation system should be perfected,especially in terms of the system design and operational procedures,so as to achieve better mediation effects.
