摘　　要：目的:研究磁共振成像(MRI)系统质量控制检测的方法学与处置界限建立,为MRI系统质量控制提供参考基线值。方法:采用Magphan SMR170体模对Siemens Skyra3.0T型MRI系统的信噪比(SNR)、图像均匀性、相位编码伪影、空间线性度、空间分辨率、低对比度分辨率、层厚和中心频率进行质量控制检测,获得检测结果并建立处置界限;应用自旋回波序列对Magphan SMR170磁共振性能检测专用体模进行扫描,在扫描得到的图像上进行质量控制检测参数测算,得出检测结果,并建立质量控制检测指标的处置界限。结果:经检测Siemens Skyra3.0 T型MRI系统图像SNR均值为(156.20±24.46),处置界限≥100;图像均匀性均>85%,处置界限≥80%;相位编码伪影均≤10%,处置界限≤10%;空间线性度均≤5%,处置界限≤5%;空间分辨率检测结果均为5 LP/cm,处置界限≥5 LP/cm;低对比度分辨率可分辨直径4 mm、孔深0.5 mm的圆孔,处置界限为可分辨直径4 mm、孔深0.5 mm的圆孔;层厚偏差均在1 mm以内,处置界限为(5±1)mm以内;中心频率均值为(123243296.3±147.83)Hz,处置界限为周变化≤246 Hz。结论:MRI系统质量控制检测结果均在处置界限范围内,处置界限的建立为质量控制提供了参考基线值。Objective:To investigate how to establish the method of quality control test and action limits of magnetic resonance image(MRI)system so as to provide referred baseline value for quality control of MRI system.Methods:The signal-to-noise ratio(SNR),image uniformity,phase encoding artifact,spatial linearity,spatial resolution,low contrast resolution,thickness and central frequency of Siemens Skyra 3.0T MRI system were implemented quality control test by adopting Magphan SMR 170 phantom and the relevant action limits were established as these test results.And the spin-echo sequence was applied to scan the special phantom of performance test of Magphan SMR 170.And then,the detecting parameters of quality control were calculated on the images that obtained from scan,and the detection results were further obtained and the action limits of quality control indicators were established.Results:The detected results of Siemens Skyra 3.0T MRI system indicated that the mean value of image SNR was(156.20±24.46)and its action limits was≥100,and the image uniformity was>85%and its action limits was≥80%,and phase encoding artifact was≤10%and its action limits was≤10%,and spatial linearity was≤5%and its action limits was≤5%,and spatial resolution was 5LP/cm and its action limits was≥5LP/cm.Besides,the circular hole with 4mm diameter and 0.5mm depth could be distinguished by low contrast resolution,and its action limits was circular hole with 4 mm diameter and 0.5mm.And the layer thickness deviation was within 1mm,and its action limits was within(5±1)mm.The mean value of central frequency was(123243296.3±147.83)Hz and its action limits was that cycle variation was less than or equal to 246Hz.Conclusion:All of quality control testing results of MRI system are in the range of action limits,and the establishment of action limits provides the referred baseline for quality control.
