摘  要:目的:探讨飞行时间(TOF)技术对正电子发射断层摄影术(PET)衰减信息和湮灭事件的影响。方法:根据美国电器制造商协会(NEMA)制定的NU2-2007标准中衰减和散射校正精度的评估方法,利用模体专有模板,通过研究TOF信息对PET发射数据引起伪影的改善,以及衰减和散射校正精度的提高,确定TOF技术对衰减信息的补偿作用。结果:应用TOF技术后因PET发射数据不一致引起的伪影得到消除,图像质量得到改善,对衰减和散射校正精度得到极大的提高。结论:TOF信息能够提高图像对比度,补偿不准确的衰减信息,并可相应重新分配湮没事件。Objective:To investigate the effects of time-of-flight(TOF)technique on attenuation information and annihilation events of positron emission tomography(PET).Methods:According to the assessment methods about calibration precision of attenuation and scattering in NU2-2007 that was formulated by NEMA to use the proprietary template of phantom.And through researched the improvement of TOF information on artifacts that caused by PET emission data and the increase of calibration precision of attenuation and scattering to confirm the compensation action of TOF technique on attenuation information.Results:After TOF technique was implemented,the artifacts that caused by inconsistence of PET emission data were eliminated,and image quality was improved,and calibration precision of attenuation and scatter was extremely increased.Conclusion:TOF information can enhance picture contrast,and compensate inaccurate attenuation information,and re-distribute annihilation events accordingly.
