空间规划对湖南湘江新区空间演化的作用机理

摘　　要：大中城市普遍在空间上通过新区、园区来发展.湖南湘江新区是全国第12个、中部地区首个国家级新区,总结其空间演化规律、特征和演化机制,对新区、城市及城市群的空间发展规划能提供重要的理论基础.本文回顾了在空间规划指引下新区十几年间的空间演化历程,将新区的演化划分为启动、培育、扩张、提升4个时期,总结了空间发展特征;同时,研究了空间规划中生态规划、功能定位、交通规划、产业布局、转型提质对空间演化的作用机理.China is in the stage of urbanization,and the most cities generally expand space through new districts and new Industrial Park.Hunan Xiangjiang New District is the twelfth state-level new districts in China and the first in the middle area.It can provide the important theoretical foundation for the other areas that through analyzing new district’s spatial evolution law,characteristics and mechanism.This paper reviewed Hunan Xiangjiang New District’s Spatial evolution process over the past decade,under the guidance of spatial planning,it divided into four stages such as the start up,cultivation,expansion and upgrading,it summarized the characteristics.At the same time it studied the effect mechanism such as the ecological planning,function positioning,transportation planning,industrial layout and transformation too.
