摘　　要：吡啶及其化合物是重要的化工原料或中间体,由于其分子结构具有良好的生物活性,被广泛应用于吡啶类药物的合成﹒本文综述了吡啶及其化合物在医药和农药产品合成上的应用,主要包括抗菌、抗抑郁、抗感染、质子泵抑制剂、抗结核、血管扩张、中枢神经兴奋等医药产品,以及杀虫、除草、抗菌、增产和杀鼠等农药产品﹒The pyridine and its compounds are important chemical raw materials or intermediates.Due totheir good biological activity,the pyridine and its compounds are widely used in the synthesis of pyridinedrugs.The paper reviews the application of pyridine and its compounds in the synthesis of pharmaceutical andagrochemical products.The pharmaceutical products mainly include antibacterial drugs,antidepressants,anti-infectives,proton pump inhibitors,anti-tuberculosis drugs,vasodilators,central nervous stimulants,etc.The pesticide products include insecticides,herbicides,antibacterial agents,and plant growth regulation,rodenticide,etc.
