摘　　要：目的评价我国痴呆症患者照顾者的照护体验。方法运用CNKI、VIP、WanFang Data、PubMed、EBSCO、EMBase、CINAHL Complete、Cochrane Library检索有关国内痴呆症患者照顾者照护体验的文献,采用澳大利亚JBI循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准评价纳入文献质量,按照Meta整合方法对结果进行汇总。结果共纳入11篇质性研究,总结出28个结果,概括为4个类别,最后提炼出2个整合结果。整合结果 1:照顾者通过自我调节,角色适应能力逐渐增强。整合结果 2:照顾者渴望得到家庭-医院-社区-社会的帮助和支持。结论建立家庭-医院-社区-社会为一体的全面支持系统对于提高痴呆症患者及其照顾者的生活质量具有重要意义。Objective To evaluate the care experience of caregivers of dementia patients in China.Methods We searched literatures on the care experience of caregivers of dementia patients from CNKI,VIP,WanFang Data,PubMed,EBSCO,EMBase,CINAHL Complete and Cochrane Library.The results were evaluated by using the Quality Assessment Criteria of The Joanna Briggs Institute and the results were integrated and analyzed.Results Eleven qualitative studies were included involving28clear results and4types then2integrated themes were extracted:through self-regulation,caregivers gradually adopted their role and caregivers hoped to get help and support from family,hospital,community and social support.Conclusion The establishment and improvement of family-hospital-community-social support system is important for improving the quality of life of dementia patients and their caregivers.
