摘 要:通过转矩流变仪的密炼机制备出未填充弹性胶泥,利用旋转流变仪表征了弹性胶泥在不同测试频率、振幅及温度下的动态黏弹性能。结果表明,无填充弹性胶泥样品具有很宽的线性黏弹区,在黏弹区范围内有着很强的能量吸收能力,同时还保持一定的回弹性能;在频率扫描曲线中,无填充弹性胶泥的分子量较市场弹性胶泥的高,同时其分子量分布较市场产品宽适,在高频范围的损耗模量较小,适用于低频大形变的减震领域。市场产品在高频小形变时的黏弹性能较好,但在低频大型变时的性能劣于无填充弹性胶泥,对于高频小变形领域的减震缓冲可以有很好的应用。同时,两种弹性胶泥产品在-30℃以下均有结晶出现,低温下的黏弹性能不稳定,不利于减震缓冲,因此需要改善其低温性能。The unfilled buffer clay was prepared using torque rheometer and the dynamic viscoelastic properties of the buffer clay at different test frequencies,amplitudes,and temperatures were characterized by rotational rheometer.The comprehensive analysis results show that the unfilled sample has a wide linear viscoelastic region,has a strong energy absorption capacity within the viscoelastic region,and also maintains a certain degree of resilience.In the frequency sweep curve,the molecular weight of the unfilled buffer clay is higher than that of the market buffer clay.At the same time,its molecular weight distribution is wider than that of the market product,and its loss modulus is small in the high frequency range,which is suitable for the field of low vibration and large deformation.The viscoelastic properties of the market product at high frequency and small deformation are better,but the performance of the product at low frequency and large changes is inferior to that of unfilled buffer clay.It can be well applied to shock absorption in the field of high-frequency small deformation.At the same time,the two kinds of buffer clay have crystallized below-30℃.The rheological properties at low temperature are unstable,which is not conducive to shock absorption,therefore,it is necessary to improve the low temperature performance.
