摘　　要：目的观察重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(贝复新)联合他克莫司(普特彼)治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的疗效。方法 94例面部激素依赖性皮炎患者随机分为研究组48例和对照组46例。研究组采用贝复新联合普特彼治疗,对照组单纯外用普特彼治疗,对比观察两组的临床疗效。结果 8周后研究组有效率为87.5%,高于对照组60.9%,组间具有显著性差异(P <0.01)。结论普特彼治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎患者有效后再使用保护皮肤屏障的贝复新,不仅提高了皮肤的耐受性,而且改善了皮肤的干燥和致敏的特点。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor(Beifuxin)combined with tacrolimus ointment(Putebi)on facial hormone dependent dermatitis.Methods Ninety-four patients with facial hormone dependent dermatitis were randomized into study group(n=48)and control group(n=46).The study group was used Beifuxin combined with tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of facial hormone dependent dermatitis,and the control group was with the pure tacrolimus ointment treatment,and to compare the therapeutic effect between two groups.Results After 8 weeks,the effective rate of the study group was 87.5%,which is higher than 60.9%of the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion After effective treatment of steroid-dependent facial dermatitis with Putebi,then using Beifuxin to protect the skin barrier,which not only can improve the skin's tolerance,but also improve the dryness and sensitization characteristics of the skin.
