摘　　要：皮肤无创影像技术目前主要包括反射式共聚焦显微镜(RCM)、皮肤镜、皮肤超声等。头面部红斑鳞屑性疾病种类繁多易混淆,组织病理检查因有创性而受到很大的限制。随着皮肤影像技术的开展,很大程度上弥补了组织病理检查的不足。在此对RCM与皮肤镜在上述疾病研究进展进行综述。Noninvasive skin imaging techniques include reflectance confocal microscopy(RCM),dermoscopy,skin ultrasound and so on.Head and face erythema scale diseases are various and confusing,and histopathological examination is subjected to great limitation for invasive.With the development of skin imaging technology,to a great extent,it makes up for the deficiency of histopathological examination.In this paper,the research progress of RCM and dermatoscopy in the above-mentioned diseases is reviewed.
