Skin is the first barrier of human immune system. The occurrence and prognosis of some skin diseases are closely related to immune regulation. With the study of the pathogenesis of skin diseases, more and more skin diseases and their susceptibility factors have been revealed.Nuclear transcription factor NF-kappa B signal transduction pathway and zinc finger protein A20 are one of the hotspots in recent years.NF-kappa B runs through a variety of physiological and pathological processes, such as the regulation of immune response, inflammation and tumor recurrence. It is an important transmitter of signal transduction from cell surface to cell interior. It participates in many physiological functions such as cell growth, development and apoptosis.A20 negatively regulates apoptosis through NF-kappa B signaling pathway, and to study the relationship between them and skin diseases are of great significance for exploring the etiology of skin diseases, finding possible targets for various skin diseases and developing gene therapy schemes in the future. In this review,we summarize the recent advances in the research of NF-kappa B signal transduction pathway and A20,and summarize their relationship with various skin diseases.
