摘　　要：本文分析了S公司间接物料分类现状及存在问题,并结合文献及S公司间接物料特点构建了物料分类指标体系。通过聚类分析方法将S公司18种间接物料聚类成4大类,给出每类物料相应的物料管理策略,并为S公司接下来的间接物料流程优化工作提供依据。By analyzes the status and problems of the indirect material classification of S company,this paper constructs the material classification index system combined with the characteristics of the indirect material of S company.By means of cluster analysis,18kinds of indirect materials of s company are clustered into4categories,the corresponding material management strategy for each kind of material is given,and the basis for S company's next indirect material flow optimization work is provided.
