装修改造工程竣工验收阶段风险管理研究

摘　　要：本文针对装修改造这一工程类别进行竣工验收阶段的风险管理研究,根据竣工验收风险管理理论,采用对照表方法对实际装修改造项目竣工验收进行风险识别,列出竣工验收阶段风险控制对照表,制作风险因素来源表,利用专家评分法对识别的风险因素进行评价,依据评价结果进行风险规避与监控,以解决实际装修改造项目竣工验收阶段面临的问题,并为类似的装修改造项目提供现实的依据。This paper studied the risk management of the completion acceptance stage for renovation of the project category.According to the risk management theory of completion acceptance,the risk identification of actual decoration and renovation project completion acceptance is carried out by using the method of contrast table,the risk control control control table in the stage of completion acceptance is listed,the source table of risk factors is made,the risk factors identified are evaluated by using expert scoring method,and the risk aversion and monitoring are carried out according to the evaluation results,in order to solve the problems during actual decoration and renovation project completion acceptance stage,and provide a realistic basis for similar decoration and renovation projects.
