摘  要:虽然海外电力投资项目风险较大,但收益却非常可观,因此以电力勘查设计单位为主体海外EPC总承包模式越来越多被电力设计院所推崇。通过对海外输变电EPC项目风险的梳理与研究表明:以电力勘查设计单位为主体的海外输变电EPC总承包项目中设计风险仍然普遍存在于项目的各个阶段,但传统的风险规避方法已不在适用,设计风险管控策略亟待改进与提升。本文提出的基于BIM技术的全过程设计风险管控策略,不仅能有效规避电力EPC项目中的设计风险问题,而且可以合理优化设计方案,为企业赢得更大的经济利益与市场竞争力。Due to high profit,EPC general contract mode which take design as the main body is praised highly in overseas electric power investment projects through investment risk is also higher.Past research has shown the design risks were still widespread in different periods of power transmission project EPC general contract mode,and traditional method was no longer applicable.The design risk control strategies should be improved and upgraded.In this article,the whole process of design control strategy based on BIM technology,the risk can be evaded effectively,and design scheme can be optimized reasonable,to win greater economic benefits and market competitiveness.
