摘　　要：随着信息技术的发展,高校图书馆逐渐由传统模式向网络化、数字化、自动化发展,传统的图书馆资源利用绩效评价模式已不能适应发展需求。借鉴价值管理的理论和方法开展图书馆资源利用绩效评价,对高校图书馆资源利用绩效的功能和成本进行界定,构建高校图书馆资源利用绩效价值评估模型,并进行实证分析,在此基础上,提出图书馆资源利用绩效价值提升的改进建议。With the development of information technology,university libraries have gradually evolved from traditional mode to networking,digitization and automation.The traditional library resource utilization performance evaluation model has been unable to meet the development needs.This paper uses the theory and method of value management to carry out the evaluation of library resource utilization performance,defines the function and cost of university library resource utilization performance and construct the evaluation model of university library resource utilization performance value,and conducts empirical analysis,on this basis proposes the suggestions for improving the value of library resource utilization performance.
