摘  要:以某活动柜手工装配线为研究对象,用秒表测时法测定各工位的标准时间,利用Flexsim进行仿真与分析,找出瓶颈工位和不合理因素,从布局、现场管理和动作方面进行优化,重点从工业工程微观的角度,借助动作经济原则对瓶颈工位进行动作改善,并对改善方案进行仿真验证。结果表明,优化后的装配线平衡率由78.08%提高到83.91%,日产量提高12.3%,改善效果明显。A movable cabinet manual assembly line is taken as the research object.The standard time of each station is measured by stopwatch time method.The simulation based on Flexsim is applied to find out the bottleneck station and unreasonable factors.The improvement is carried out from layout,site management and motion.From the microcosmic point of industrial engineering,the motion improvement of bottleneck station is carried out with the principle of motion economy.The proposed program is verified by simulation.The results show that the balance ratio of assembly line is increased from78.11%to83.90%,and the daily output is increased by12.3%,the effect is obvious.
