摘　　要：针对公共图书馆开展文化帮扶工作的现状,数字图书馆推广工程围绕基层图书馆及用户需求,联合省市级公共图书馆,以数字文化建设为抓手,从经费、网络、数字资源、网络平台、人才培训、服务推广等方面开展数字文化帮扶工作,助推贫困地区公共数字文化建设。Facing the challenges of the cultural poverty alleviation of public library,Digital Library Promotion Project,around the needs of rural libraries and local users,actively explores the countermeasures:joining with public libraries in provinces and cities to develop digital public culture in the poverty-stricken areas,focusing on funding,network,digital resources,online platform,training and service promotion.
