摘　　要：介绍了基于SIMATIC WinCC开发的智能化变配电监控系统的组成,包括终端设备采集层、通信链路层和用户界面管理层,阐述了基于SIMATIC Win CC开发的智能化变配电监控系统的软件设计,可以快速查询和掌握配电设备的运行状态,统计和分析现场数据,提高系统的实时性。The composition of intelligent substation and distribution monitoring system based on SIMATIC WinCC was introduced,including terminal equipment acquisition layer,communication link layer and user interface management layer.The software design of intelligent design substation and distribution monitoring system based on SIMATIC WinCC was elaborated.The substation and distribution monitoring system based on SIMATIC WinCC can quickly query and know the running state of distribution equipments,and the field data were collected and analyzed.It can improve the real-time performance of the system.
