摘　　要：目的探究利拉鲁肽应用于血糖控制不佳的肥胖2型糖尿病患者中的效果。方法选取本院2017年7月至2018年7月收治的60例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,采用随机抽样法将其分为对照组和观察组,各30例,对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者给予利拉鲁肽治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的FPG、2 h PG、HbAlc水平、体重及BMI均降低,且均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组IL-6、TNF-α、Hs-CRP水平、Homa-IR及空腹胰岛素均降低,Homa-B均升高,且观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论利拉鲁肽在血糖控制不佳的肥胖2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果十分显著,其能够有效控制血糖,并降低患者体重及Homa-IR,值得推荐。Objective To explore the effect of liraglutide in obese type2diabetes mellitus patients with poor blood sugar control.Methods Sixty patients with type2diabetes admitted in our hospital from July2017to July2018were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with30cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,while the observation group was given liraglutide treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of FPG,2h PG,HbAlc,body weight and BMI in the observation group decreased,and which were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,TNF-α,Hs-CRP,Homa-IR and fasting insulin in both groups decreased,Homa-B increased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Liraglutide has a significant effect in obese type2diabetes mellitus patients with poor blood sugar control.It can effectively control blood sugar and reduce the body weight and Homa-IR of patients.It is worth recommending.
