摘　　要：目的探讨前列安通片联合甲磺酸多沙唑嗪控释片治疗良性前列腺增生术后尿道炎的效果。方法将医院收治的80例良性前列腺增生术后尿道炎患者随机分为基础组(40例,左氧氟沙星+甲磺酸多沙唑嗪控释片)和联合组(40例,左氧氟沙星+前列安通片+甲磺酸多沙唑嗪控释片)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组尿频、尿痛、尿不尽症状评分均降低,且联合组均低于基础组(P<0.05)。联合组治疗总有效率高于基础组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论前列安通片联合甲磺酸多沙唑嗪控释片治疗良性前列腺增生术后尿道炎的效果显著,其能有效改善患者症状,且安全性高。Objective To explore the effect of Qianlie Antong tablets combined with doxazosin mesylate controlled release tablets in the treatment of postoperative urethritis of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods Eighty patients with urethritis after operation of benign prostatic hyperplasia admitted in the hospital were randomly divided into basic group(40cases,levofloxacin+doxazosin mesylate controlled release tablets)and combined group(40cases,levofloxacin+Qianlie Antong tablets+doxazosin mesylate controlled release tablets).The therapeutic effects of two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the symptoms scores of frequent micturition,odynuria and endless urine in both groups decreased,and those in the combined group were lower than the basic group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was higher than that in the basic group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Qianlie Antong tablets combined with doxazosin mesylate controlled release tablets in the treatment of postoperative urethritis of benign prostatic hyperplasia has a remarkable effect,which can effectively improve the symptoms of patients,and with high safety.
