中药外敷内服对小儿咳嗽的临床治疗效果

摘　　要：目的探讨中药外敷内服对小儿咳嗽的临床疗效。方法将本院收治的80例咳嗽患儿根据就诊顺序分为对照组(中药内服)和研究组(在对照组基础上联合中药外敷),各40例。比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿咳嗽无力、神疲乏力、气短汗出、纳差便溏及四肢不温评分均显著降低,且研究组均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患儿IL-4、IL-5、TNF-α水平均显著降低,且研究组均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药外敷内服在小儿咳嗽治疗中的效果显著,可改善患儿中医证候及炎性状态,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of oral and external application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of infantile cough.Methods Eighty children with cough admitted in the hospital were divided into control group(oral traditional Chinese medicine)and study group(external application of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of control group)according to the visiting order,with40cases in each group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of cough weakness,mental exhaustion,shortness of breath and sweating,anorexia and loose stools,lack of warmth in the limbs of both groups significantly decreased,and those in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-4,IL-5and TNF-αin the two groups significantly decreased,and those in the study group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral and external application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of infantile cough has a significant effect,which can effectively improve the TCM syndromes and inflammatory state of children.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
