孟鲁司特片联合玉屏风颗粒治疗儿童过敏性紫癜的效果及其对sICAM-1水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨孟鲁司特片联合玉屏风颗粒治疗儿童过敏性紫癜(HSP)的效果及其对可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1(sICAM-1)水平的影响。方法将医院114例HSP患儿随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各57例,对照组予以孟鲁司特片口服治疗,观察组采用孟鲁司特片+玉屏风颗粒治疗。比较两组的治疗效果及sICAM-1水平。结果观察组皮肤紫癜、腹痛、关节肿痛及肾脏症状消退时间均显著短于对照组,治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清sICAM-1水平均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论孟鲁司特片联合玉屏风颗粒治疗儿童HSP能有效抑制sICAM-1表达,促进临床症状缓解,减少疾病复发,且安全性较高。Objective To explore the effect of montelukast tablets combined with Yupingfeng granules in the treatment of henoch schonlein purpura(HSP)in children and its effect on level of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1).Methods A total of114children with HSP admitted in the hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with57cases in each group.The control group was treated with montelukast tablets orally,while the observation group was treated with montelukast tablets+Yupingfeng granules.The therapeutic effects and sICAM-1levels of the two groups were compared.Results The disappearance time of skin purpura,abdominal pain,joint swelling and pain and renal symptoms in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the total effective rate of treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group,the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum sICAM-1levels in both groups decreased significantly,and that in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Montelukast tablets combined with Yupingfeng granules can effectively inhibit the expression of sICAM-1in children with HSP,promote the relief of clinical symptoms,reduce the recurrence of disease,and have higher safety.
