延续性护理对院外行胰岛素治疗的糖尿病患者血糖控制的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨延续性护理对院外行胰岛素治疗的糖尿病患者血糖控制的影响。方法将遵义医学院附属医院2017年8月至2017年11月治疗出院并使用胰岛素治疗的90例2型糖尿病患者随机分为试验组(延续性护理)和对照组(常规护理),各45例。比较两组糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平。结果护理后,两组糖化血红蛋白水平均降低,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组糖化血红蛋白水平达标率均升高,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖水平均降低,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论延续性护理可提高院外行胰岛素治疗的糖尿病患者血糖达标率,改善其生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing on blood glucose control in patients with diabetes mellitus treated with insulin injection outside the hospital.Methods A total of90patients with type2diabetes mellitus who were discharged from August2017to November2017in the Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical College and treated with insulin were randomly divided into experimental group(continuous nursing)and control group(conventional nursing).The levels of glycosylated hemoglobin,fasting blood glucose and postprandial2h blood glucose between the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the levels of glycosylated hemoglobin of both groups decreased,and that of the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the achievement rates of glycosylated hemoglobin in both groups increased,and that of the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);the levels of fasting blood glucose,postprandial2h blood glucose in both groups decreased,and those of the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing can improve the blood glucose achievement rate of patients treated with insulin injection outside the hospital and improve their quality of life.
