摘　　要：目的分析家庭预防与保健在小儿哮喘中的应用效果。方法选择2016年1月至2017年12月在我院住院接受治疗后符合出院条件的165例小儿哮喘患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(82例)和观察组(83例)。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采取家庭预防与保健,比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组患儿哮喘发作次数、再住院率、依从率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿配合率、医生认同率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论家庭预防及保健用于小儿哮喘患儿的护理可有效减少哮喘发作次数,降低再住院率,提高依从性,促进护患关系和谐,具有良好的临床应用价值。Objective To analyze the application effect of family prevention and health care in pediatric asthma.Methods A total of165children with asthma who met the discharge criteria after hospitalization in our hospital from January2016to December2017were selected as study objects.They were divided into control group(82cases)and observation group(83cases)by random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing mode,while the observation group was given family prevention and health care.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The times of asthma attacks,readmission rate and compliance rate in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The cooperation rate of children and doctor's approval rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Family prevention and health care in children with asthma can effectively reduce the times of asthma attacks,decrease the rate of rehospitalization,improve compliance and promote harmonious relationship between nurses and patients,which has good clinical application value.
