延续性支持护理干预在二胎新生儿纯母乳喂养中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨延续性支持护理干预在二胎新生儿纯母乳喂养中的应用效果。方法选取2016年12月至2017年9月我院220例二次分娩的产妇为研究对象,采用随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,各110例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予延续性支持护理干预。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的喂养知识知晓率、技能掌握率和纯母乳喂养率均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿的健康状况显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论延续性支持护理干预能有效促进二胎新生儿的纯母乳喂养,降低产妇的并发症发生率,改善新生儿的健康状况,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the application effect of continuity nursing intervention on exclusive breastfeeding second newborn child.Methods From December2016to September2017,a total of220maternity with secondary childbirth in our hospital were selected as the research objects,which were divided into control group and observation group according to random number method,with110cases in each group.Routine nursing was used in the control group,continuity nursing intervention was applied in the observation group on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The feeding knowledge awareness rate,skill mastery rate and exclusive breastfeeding rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The health status of newborn in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuity nursing intervention can effectively promote the exclusive breastfeeding of second newborn child,decrease the incidence of complications in maternity,enhance the health status of newborn,which is worthy of promotion in clinical practices.
