摘　　要：目的探讨个性化康复护理对老年高血压患者疾病认知及自护能力的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月医院收治的176例老年高血压患者为研究对象,根据随机抽签原则将患者分为对照组和研究组,各88例。对照组给予传统病情护理,研究组在对照组基础上给予个性化康复护理,比较两组患者的干预效果。结果干预后,两组患者的疾病知识评分均升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05),干预后,两组患者各项自护能力评分较干预前均升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个性化康复护理有助于提高患者疾病认知水平及自护能力,在老年高血压患者的护理中具有较高应用价值。Objective To explore influence of personalized rehabilitation nursing on disease cognitive and self-care ability in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods A total of176elderly patients with hypertension in the hospital from January2017to January2018were selected as the study objects.According to the random lottery principle,all patients were divided into control group and study group,with88cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional condition nursing,the study group was given personalized rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the graps of disease knowledge scores of the two groups significantly increased,and those in the study group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the self-care ability scores of the two groups significantly increased,and those in the study group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized rehabilitation nursing can help to improve disease cognitive and self-care ability of patients,which has high application value in nursing of elderly patients with hypertension.
